It started as a group of like-minded friends committed to community, searching for an organization that aligned with our passion. We quickly came to realize that there are many great organizations out there, however, we were apprehensive because we did not want to silo ourselves to only serving a specific cause. We desired having the autonomy to choose where we could use our collective efforts to provide positive impact, thus 2 Rivers Foundation was born!
2 Rivers Foundation plans to provide donations and support to all of humanity by way of raising funds via our donor network and fundraising events. Events include, but are not limited to, golf tournaments, toy and clothing drives, and other charitable events. The benefactors of these fundraising efforts would be any organization or group that our board identifies and selects, whether in our local communities or beyond.
Over the last four years, we have had the pleasure to support wonderful organizations such as the Sacramento Children’s Home, Seva Selfless Service, Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services, Sahaita, and the Make-a-Wish Foundation, with over $25,000 in donations.
